So, if you don’t know my background, I am a pharmacist graduated from the University of Michigan 10 years ago! I worked in retail for a large corporation filling 100 to 1000 prescriptions every single day! Shout out to all my pharmacists watching! Love y’all!

During my time in retail people have asked me many questions and I have compiled many of them into 3 categories. The categories are health, self, and relationships!

This is the purpose of our 30 day challenge!

My mission is to empower you through lifestyle changes and medication management.

My fundamental belief is that the best patient is an informed and educated patient!

During Week One: ITS ALL ABOUT FITNESS! AND THE FOODS THAT WE EAT!

Are you happy with where you are as far as your health?

I’m going to share with you many of the reasons that we get fat and stay fat. Yes my ladies, many of us (me included) have kids, and still look like we’re pregnant.

I’m going to give you tips to lose weight and keep the weight off!!! In addition, to what OTC medications are safe and which ones to stay away from.

Understanding that exercise and being healthy is a lifelong journey, will help you begin to take small steps in the right direction!

Of course, before you begin any new exercise regimen, if you’re under medical supervision for a specific health condition, speak with your primary care physician first.

The information that I share with you is not a substitute for your doctor’s orders. This is information that I have compiled through my 10 years of practicing pharmacy after receiving my Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

In week 2, ITS ALL ABOUT MINDSET.

How are you showing up each and everyday? Do wake up a mean old bastard? And go to sleep the same way?

We are going to discuss how the views you adopt for yourself really effect the way you lead your life.

The author Carol Dweck wrote an amazing book called Mindset, The New Psychology of Success.   She compared how having a fixed versus growth mindset can affect your interactions in every single situation.

We are going to tackle your priorities and discuss how to destroy obstacles that prevent you from living your best life and achieving your dreams.

This Challenge is called Mastering Positive Change.

My goal after the 30 days, is for all of you to incorporate at least 1 new positive action into your life for improvement!

In Week 3, ITS ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS!

How are you prioritizing your relationships?

Have you been showing up, I mean really showing up with conversation and with mental focus with your spouse and your kids. This is why I have to schedule these sessions so late….I got kids! There bedtime is 8:30 pm My kids and my spouse are my priority.

Hundreds of years of research shows us that when we identify our focus: Family. Fitness. Business!! In that order Period! We are happier, wealthier, and live longer!

During these 30 days I want you to focus on how you are showing up

Be obsessive about 3 things! Your health, your self , and your relationships!
