June is Men’s Health Month
Each June we celebrate Men’s Health Month. We want to increase the awareness of problems that can be prevented and promote early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys. Men need to pay more attention to their health.
*See a doctor for regular checkups even if you feel fine.
*Make eating healthy and getting active part of your daily routine.
*Try and incorporate stretching for 20 minutes a day.
*Drink 3-4 liters of water EVERYDAY.
